My name is JadeLauren, and I am the owner and artist of Balay+Bar! I have been doing hair since my Junior year of high-school, though it wasn’t until my early 20’s when I discovered my passion for balayage! Little did I know, that passion would grow into so much more.. ​ I never imagined I would want to open my own small salon, but when the idea came to me to create a unique space for my fellow balayage clients, I couldn't get the idea out of my head! There is nothing more magical than doing what I LOVE+SPECIALIZE in than working with clients who share the same love!!
